I went for new ear molds for my hearing aids early this year, and with their suggestion and guidance, I now have a CI. It’s been really really great so far. Dr. Girard was so great about setting reasonable expectations and I think that has a lot to do with my success with the implant so far. The surgeon they work with is also top notch. The whole Hearing Associates team has been absolutely wonderful, including the students who I’ve gotten to interact with during my appointments. Thank you all! Looking forward to continuing to work with you hopefully for many years!
Very easy medical facility to deal with. They make you feel right at home and Dr Fetscher was very kind and thorough throughout the exam. Explained everything quite well, handled the ear cleaning just fine and gave me options and ENT people to see on my next steps for my hearing loss.
We were absolutely blown away by the care and support provided. My daughter was so nervous to go into the booth and do the tests and Dr. Adelman met her where she was at, provided outstanding comfort as needed, and explained everything in such a fun and easy to understand way. She explained results with us immediately after the test, answered questions and addressed concerns so kindly. I couldn’t recommend enough!
No matter the provider or the location - Gurnee or Libertyville - Hearing Associates always offers impeccable service and dignity extended to my mother. I wish all health care providers treated elderly patients this kindly. I so appreciate that the staff talks directly to my mother about her concerns, rather than to me.
